If yes, and if you've forgotten this password,than only way out is to use the Windows DVD to reinstall Windows manually. Without the password you wont be able to get into the recovery options screen from where you can restore the system to factory settings.However you've mentioned " I have a factory restored laptop with 1 user, user is admin, but I do not know the password."ĭoes this mean you're not able to login to the system? When you turn on the system it takes you to the login screen,do you use a password on this screen to login to the system?
